Ingredients:
¤ 1roll Spinach / Oatmeal / Buckwheat Noodle
¤ 1tsp oil
¤ 1cup Japanese cold noodle sauce
Cooking Method:
1. Add noodle into 2 cups of boiling water with oil. Cook for 3 minutes. Dish up and drain. Transfer to plate. Add half teaspoon of olive oil to toss in noodle.
2. Allow it to cool. Chill in fridge for minimum 30 mins.
3. Sprinkle seaweed strips on Noodles. Serve with Japanese cold noodles sauce as a dip.
