Ingredients:
¤ 1roll Spinach Noodle
¤ 1tsp oil
¤ 1cup Japanese cold noodle sauce
Cooking Method:
1. Add Spinach noodle into 2 cups of boiling water with oil. Cook for 3 minutes. Dish up and drain. Transfer to plate. Let it cool. Chill in fridge for 30 mins. Set aside.
2. Sprinkle seaweed strips on Noodles. Serve with Japanese cold noodles sauce as a dip.
