Teochew Style Sweet Egg Noodle 糖醋面饼


- 2 rolls Egg noodle 

- 2 eggs

- 2 tbsp sugar

- 3 tbsp Zhenjiang Vinegar


How to prepare : 

 1. Add Egg Noodles into 4 cups of boiling water. Cook for 3 minutes. Dish up and drain. Dip in beaten eggs. Set aside

2. Heat frying pan. Add 3 tbsp oil. Change to medium heat. Put in Noodles. Arrange noodles with chopsticks to round cake shape. Pan-fry noodles until both sides have turned golden brown. Transfer to plate. 

3. Add Vinegar and sugar upon serving
