Mrs So's Green Series - Vegetarian

Using healthy canola oil,  this vegetarian sauce is fried in a mix of plum vegetable; pickled mustard; radish ; mushroom; minimal chilli pepper and fragrant with peanuts.  Good to have on it's own with porridge ; mix with our HK noodles as sauce. Can also be used as condiment to cooking chinese dishes - such as steam tofu ; steam fish for a different taste or fry with rice noodles.
