Mrs So's XO Sauce (Medium Spicy)

A texturized blend of dried shrimps and scallops fried with healthy rapeseed oil ; shallots and garlic gives the richness of seafood blend. Enjoy it on its own with rice or simply mix well with our HK noodles for a bowl of dry noodles.
You may use this as a condiment to cook your favorite dishes - broccoli ; french beans ; or kang kong.
